NYPD: 18-year-old fatally shot on Olinville Avenue

The NYPD is investigating a fatal shooting incident that took place on Olinville Avenue.
According to law enforcement officials, the shooting took place just before 6:30 p.m. at 3329 Olinville Ave. An 18-year-old male was shot and taken to Jacobi Hospital where he died from his injuries.
Surveillance video shows the moments leading up to the incident, where a black Dodge Charger pulled onto the avenue, seconds before over 10 shots are heard. Police say at least one of those shots struck the 18-year-old victim.
It remains unclear who fired the shots and if the car seen on camera is involved.
There have been no arrests made.
