Ali Mahbub, 26, of Queens, is being charged with manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, assault and driving while intoxicated.
Citizen App video captured the aftermath of that crash on the corner of 3rd Avenue and East 21st Street where police say Mahbub fatally struck a 23-year-old man crossing the street.
An 18-year-old cyclist, 26-year-old woman and 21-year-old man were also hit and suffered leg injures.
