Over 160 affordable apartments up for grabs in Mott Haven via housing lottery

For those looking for a new apartment, the New York Housing Lottery will be offering up over 160 affordable luxury apartment units in Mott Haven.
The Mott Haven neighborhood is no stranger to construction and development. The Domain Companies is helping with the housing crunch citywide by bringing 164 affordable housing units to the Bronx at Estela on Gerard Avenue.
In a statement sent to News 12, the CEO of The Domain Companies, Matt Schwartz said:

The lottery will be held for one- and two-bedroom units and families making between $54,035 and $115,280 will qualify for the housing lottery.
The Mott Haven building holds a total of 544 luxury-style units with amenities including an outdoor courtyard, 24-hour concierge service, a fitness center and more.
