Library teen center opens in Mott Haven

A new place to help keep teens off of the streets and on their way to a successful future held its grand opening in Mott Haven on Wednesday.
The new teen center is now in service at the Mott Haven Library, the latest of 30 locations across the city offering these teen services. It’s part of the city's $15 million investment in the libraries and the youth.
The teen center is fitted with a fully stacked recording studio and is designed to help younger people grow their interests, find their own voices and maintain and improve their mental health.
