Two women were found dead by White Plains police Tuesday night after a call from a staff member.
Both women lived in the building at 69 N. Broadway in separate rooms but were found in the same room.
They had not been seen since Sunday. Police estimate they had been dead for at least 24 hours.
It is unclear what drug or drugs caused their deaths and how they have been purchased.
