MTA meets with riders in Fordham to hear their concerns with current transit system

Riders at the Fordham Road Metro-North train station were met with flyers, resources and members of the MTA, as the transit agency is looking to commuters for ideas about future changes.
This outreach is part of the MTA’s ‘Connect With Us’ forum. The program aims to create open conversation about issues like safety, changes to stations and service improvements.
"We've got 100% of our pre-COVID ridership back in the northbound direction from the station,” said Metro-North President Catherine Rinaldi. “So it's really important to make sure that these customers have an excellent experience and we want to talk to them about what we can do to ensure that that continues."
