Bronx-born celebrities Jennifer Lopez and Cardi B. made a grand entrance during Monday night's Met Gala event.

Jennifer Lopez graced the carpet with her signature look - luxe bombshell style for fashion's biggest night in a ravishing sheer gown dripping with rhinestones and silver pearls. Her gown was draped and slit at the front with illusion tulle and had a train that pooled around her feet.

Meanwhile, a fashionably late Cardi B. made a grand entrance with a grand dress on the Met Gala carpet. The "Bodak yellow" rapper waited until the carpet was clear before making her way up the stairs of the Metropolitan Museum of Art to debut her epic look.

Going all out for the "garden of time" theme, the Grammy winner walked into fashion's biggest night donning a gown that took up the entire courtyard.
