The city’s Department of Sanitation crews were out plowing snow and salting streets Monday following the season’s first significant snowfall .
News 12 saw clear streets and salted sidewalks in Fordham. Side streets, however, had some slippery slush.
DSNY says it will continue snow operations through the night.
