A wooden board flew off a pickup truck and shattered a car’s windshield on the Verrazzano Bridge.
David Deng was driving with his family when the board struck his windshield, causing a large crack.
The driver of a white Chevy pickup truck, which was stopped on the opposite side due to traffic, appeared to be trying to secure the panel when the wind blew it out of his hands.
Deng, who was on his way to a funeral, said he is lucky no one was injured.
Deng has been trying to locate the driver of the pickup truck but says the NYPD and other authorities have not been able to help so far.
He is asking anyone with information to come forward.
