Man wanted for assaulting MTA bus driver in Parkchester

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person who they say attacked an MTA bus driver in Parkchester.
Authorities say the incident occurred as the man was exiting the BX-36 bus in front of White Plains Road and Tremont Avenue on Oct. 24.
He is accused of yelling at the driver and then throwing a bottle at their leg.
The driver is OK, according to police.
Police urge anyone who recognizes the man to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
