The wife of a Chester official pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence after her husband shot a DoorDash driver.

The Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler says Selina Nelson-Reilly deleted doorbell camera video.

The video appears to show John Reilly firing toward the ground before shooting at the victim's car.

Nelson-Reilly must do 200 hours of community service in the next year and stay out of trouble as part of the plea deal.

She could face up to four years behind bars if she fails to do so.

Her husband was found guilty on assault and weapons charges and not guilty of attempted murder.
