A Bronx man accused of fatally stabbing a high school student in Parkchester had a significant social media presence filled with what many viewers described as disturbing and aggressive behavior.

A photo exclusively obtained by News 12 shows the moment before the 17-year-old victim was stabbed – who in the video was not engaging with the suspect.

Police identified the alleged knifeman as 22-year-old Andrew Tollinche, known online as “DBG,” a TikToker who had more than 27,000 followers before taking his account after the stabbing.

Videos circulating online show Tollinche posting erratic and confrontational content, including clips where he appears to argue with his mother and engage in aggressive behavior. Some of those videos have since been removed, but others continue to be shared across platforms.

Investigators say Tollinche is the same man accused of fatally stabbing a 17-year-old high school student Wednesday afternoon outside Beach Avenue in Parkchester.

The stabbing happened in the street, in front of an alleyway leading to the suspect’s home—which recently gained attention on social media, with teens reportedly visiting the area as part of a trend to “troll” the TikToker. Several people had gone to the home in the days leading up to the deadly encounter.

In one video recorded before the stabbing, Tollinche appears to push an unwanted visitor down a set of steps before chasing him out of the alley.

Authorities say Tollinche was already facing serious charges prior to the stabbing. He was awaiting trial in a separate rape case involving a 12-year-old girl and is due back in court next week. If convicted in that case, he faces a potential sentence of 25 years to life.

Prosecutors now say he will remain behind bars at Rivera Island while facing the new murder charge in connection with the teen’s death.
