A taxi crash in Ramapo early Thursday left significant debris and damage along Bluefield Drive.

The crash happened around 12:50 a.m. according to Ramapo Police.

Authorities say that the driver, a 35‑year‑old man from Airmont, is believed to have fallen asleep before the taxi hit a trailer, flipped, and then struck a parked car.

Police said there were no signs of impairment, and neither the driver nor the passenger suffered serious injuries. It is not yet clear whether the driver was completing a job at the time of the crash.

Video and photos circulating online of the incident appear to show the vehicle with an "ARRIVE" logo.

News 12 has not been able to independently obtain the CCTV clip.

A spokesperson for the Arrive Express software said that safety is their main priority, and that they are taking the incident seriously and are cooperating with authorities.

The spokesperson also said the driver had a clean driving record and appropriate documents needed to drive a taxi.
