A section of Route 27 in Highland Park was closed as crews worked on a water main Monday night into early Tuesday morning.
Crews worked through the night to make repairs on Route 27/Raritan Avenue between Fourth and Fifth avenues.
This is the same area where crews repaired another water main break last week.
Water covered the downtown street, and several nearby businesses had to close for the day because they had no water or low water pressure.
