A 21-year-old man is recovering after he was shot multiple times Wednesday night in Belmont. Cell phone video captured police trying to render aid to the victim on the ground. Cops say the shooting took place inside of 4575 Park Ave. at around 8:43 p.m. Police say when they got on scene, they found the 21-year-old shot multiple times throughout his body. He was rushed to St Barnabas Hospital where he's expected to be OK. Police say they have not made any arrests and the investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
