Three men are facing charges in the 2014 kidnapping death of Wayne Thomas, a Bronx man found dead inside a torched car in an alleyway.
Prosecutors say Oneil Scott, Alvin Harry and Chai Green forced Thomas into a car and assaulted him because they believed he was a drug trafficker.
According to investigators, after beating him to death, the men allegedly set the BMW on fire with his body still inside.
All men are facing life in prison if convicted.
