Police have identified a man they say shot a good Samaritan after the man tried to stop a hit-and-run driver.
It happened on Dec. 30, on Creston Avenue. They say 31-year-old Juan Rivera Padovani shot the man in the jaw and back.
Police say the good Samaritan witnessed a hit-and-run and when he tried to stop the driver, Padovani walked up and shot him.
