Hundreds of people came out to Yankee Stadium today for the 10th annual Runyon 5K Sunday.

Despite the chilly weather, particpants ran through the ballpark, concourses and ramps and climbed between levels.

Since 2009, the event has raised more than $5 million for the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation.

The foundation has been around for decades and has invested more than $340 million in cancer research over the years.

Organizers say 100 percent of the funds go to supporting cancer research.
