6 Bronx residents arrested on allegations of running fentanyl packaging mill worth over $1M

According to court documents, last May, the DEA started surveillance on their apartment on the Grand Concourse.

Over 13 pounds of fentanyl are off the streets in the Bronx, according to officials.

According to the Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s Office, six Bronx residents were arrested in connection to the seizure of fentanyl.

According to court documents, last May, the DEA started surveillance on their apartment on the Grand Concourse.

Apparently in December, it was noticed that there was increased activity. When agents entered the apartment with a search warrant, the drugs were seized, officials allege.

Officials say the drugs carry a street value of over $1 million.

“Bulk quantities” of cocaine were also recovered.

The arrest individuals are Wilson Monegro Rodriguez, 49, Juan Tavarez, 38, Angel Costillo, 41, Yalxon Antonio, 42, Vlatimir Diaz, 44, and Christopher Bello Tavarez, 24.

All six defendants are from the Bronx and were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
