A Bronx mother is demanding answers after her 6-year-old daughter was left at Chuck E. Cheese during a school trip on Friday.

Elizabeth Perez said her daughter was left behind on her kindergarten trip. She says not only did the school not notify her of the situation until after the fact, but the baby sitter who was sent to pick her daughter up also had no idea.

Baby sitter Brian Cabrera says he was told to wait outside of P.S. 11, the 6-year-old's school, until a school volunteer came back with her in a taxi.

Perez says she will be going to the Department of Education on Monday morning with her lawyer to make sure nothing like this happens again.

The Department of Education has not yet responded.
