A 77-year-old man was attacked after leaving a bank in the Bronx, police say.
The incident happened on August 4 outside the Chase Bank on Westchester Avenue and Fox Street around 10 p.m.
Police say the man was grabbed by the neck and brought to the ground by the suspect after leaving the bank.
The 77-year-old man and the suspect fought, and the suspect eventually ran off empty handed, police say.
The victim suffered a bruise above his eye and scrapes, but refused medical attention.
The suspect is described as a 6'0'' tall man who weighs around 210 pounds.
