The man who sexually assaulted a woman in her own store back in 2015 has been sentenced to prison.

Oumar Fofana will spend the next nine to 12 years behind bars.

Surveillance video shows Fofana inside the Third Avenue store in 2015.

Prosecutors say he threw the woman to the ground and sexually assaulted her.

They also say Fofana tried to escape from Rikers Island after his arrest.
