A magnitude 2.7 earthquake was recorded around 12 p.m. Tuesday in New Jersey, and the tremor was felt - once again - in New York City.
It comes after a magnitude 3.0 earthquake shook the region on Saturday that also centered in New Jersey.
Bernice Cousar, of Wakefield, said she felt the earthquake for about three seconds, but thankfully, there was no damage inside of her Bronx home.
“All of a sudden, I hear racking, racking, racking,” Cousar said. “Then my husband was in the bedroom, and he said it felt like the walls were shaking like that.
New York City’s Office of Emergency Management said there were no reports of major damage.
