Appeals court dismisses state police union lawsuit over COVID-19 vaccine mandate
It challenged Gov. Phil Murphy's executive order that requires everyone in high-risk settings to get vaccinated.

240ds agoAn appeals court dismissed a lawsuit by the state police union over a state COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
It challenged Gov. Phil Murphy's executive order that requires everyone in high-risk settings to get vaccinated.
In a statement, the PBA says the dismissal of the complaint will lead to layoffs and a decline in public safety.
Murphy's office applauds the decision.
