Police arrested a man they say was responsible for spitting on women in Williamsburg.

Authorities say 45-year-old Anthony Caines has been charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree.

Multiple women posted on Reddit that a man spat in their face.

Surveillance footage captured one of the victims as she was walking along Bedford Avenue and Grand Street on Tuesday morning. The video shows a man lunge at her and then spit in her face.

The woman posted on Reddit a warning to people in the area to be on the lookout.

Multiple commenters posted that the same thing had happened to them within a 24-hour period.
