Arties Steak & Seafood on City Island to close after 30 years

Owner Spiros Chegarus has decided to retire, leaving behind years of memories and friends that have now become family.
"I ran it like family and people adapted to it and liked it and felt it and were loyal customers for 30 years," says Chegarus.
