The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who assaulted another man on a NYC subway train in a possible hate crime.
Police say that back in March, the suspect spat at a 22-year-old man, punched him several times and ripped his hair from his head before making an anti-gay slur.
The incident happened as the subway near the 190th Street subway station
