School is back in session at the Atmosphere Academy, and this year seventh graders are welcoming the new year with a brand-new building.

The middle school students are headed back to school on Friday. The new building was officially unveiled with a ribbon cutting.

The academy has been around for five years and has made trips to the Bahamas and even Costa Rica.

The ribbon cutting also highlighted the eighth grade programs like sailing and equestrianism. This was an incentive for the students to do well this year.

The students also received a visit from Trixie from the Riverdale stables.

As for students, they say their favorite part of the school is being given the encouragement and opportunity to do better.
