After a meeting with the Bronx District Attorney’s Office Wednesday, Jahmel Leach’s attorney says video clearly captured the moment he was shocked in the face with a Taser by police. 

Attorney Sanford Rubenstein says the video shows the 16-year-old being shocked in the face by a Taser three times, and that he feels that police should be held accountable. 

The incident happened during a George Floyd protest on Fordham Road.

Police say Leach was shocked with the Taser after attempting to set a fire, but Rev. Kevin McCall argues that Leach was not involved in any criminal activity. 

McCall also mentioned that Leach is fully cooperating with police during the investigation.
