A Bronx man has been indicted for his role in a fatal drive-by shooting that occurred on July 2 in Harlem, authorities say.
Court documents state that Mohamed Sawaneh, 21, was driving his car near 8th Avenue and West 118th Street when he allegedly rolled down his window and shot 37-year-old
Jeremy Cummings.
Authorities say Sawaneh's charges include murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
