Authorities say a pedestrian was struck at Pelham Parkway and the Hutchinson River Parkway.

Officials say the victim then went in cardiac arrest and was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center.

They say two other people in the car were hurt but only suffered minor injuries.

There is no word yet on the victim’s condition or what caused the accident.
