For more than 10 years, nonprofit Sapna NYC has served South Asian immigrant women through free English classes.

Sapna translates to “dream” in Bengali and Hindi, and that's what organizers want the women to do – dream big for themselves.

They also help prepare women for the U.S. citizenship test.
