A graffiti artist chased his dream all the way from Puerto Rico to the Bronx, with his work being featured at the 50th U.S. Open.
Sen2 Figueroa moved in the 1980s from Puerto Rico to New York, where he started painting graffiti on walls and trains.
His personal style consists of 3-D, pop and abstract techniques.
Sen2 Figueroa says he creates his own colors using acrylic paint to make his works of art, and uses a combination of glass cleaner and water to blend them.
The U.S. Open asked him to turn eight tennis courts into works of art. He completed the project in just three days.
Sen2 Figueroa says his next move is to teach and take his artwork to museums to show the world how beautiful graffiti can be.
