Wayward goat turned in at Brooklyn police precinct
The NYPD says a wandering goat was turned in at the 63rd Precinct.
The goat was taken to the Brooklyn Animal Care Center and was later placed with Skylands Sanctuary in New Jersey.
The goat was first dubbed Billy the Goat by police, but the care center says it called him Capricorn.
Capricorn is estimated to be around 2 years old. Officials say he is a Saanen dairy goat.
The Brooklyn ACC says this is the first goat they have taken in this year. In 2020, the center took in two goats.
