BITTER BLAST: Frigid temps, gusty winds tonight for New York City

TODAY: Sunny and gusty. Temps fall through the 20s today then 18 degrees by the evening commute, but feels like 0. Overnight lows tank to 9. Feels like five below zero. Gusty - near 35 mph.
TOMORROW: Sunny and brisk. Not as gusty. Wind changes direction very late. Highs near 25. Temperatures stagger in the upper 20s overnight, reaching near 32 by Sunday morning.
SUNDAY: Much better. Highs near 46. Lows near 39. Mix of sun and clouds, leaning mostly cloudy. Still breezy but from the southwest at 15 mph.
MONDAY: Mostly cloudy. Highs near 52. Lows near 33.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs near 49. Lows near 41.
