Fans of Blackstone Products should check their pantry before cooking tonight.
The company has recalled some of their parmesan ranch seasoning due to due to potential salmonella contamination.
This includes three lots of the product sold nationwide and on their website.
The FDA says Blackstone’s action is based on California Dairies, Inc recall of dry milk powder.
No illnesses have been reported to date, according to the FDA.
Salmonella can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people. It also poses a risk to those with compromised immune systems.
Customers who have the product are urged to dispose of it and contact Blackstone for a replacement.
