The NYPD is searching for the driver in a deadly hit-and-run crash in Williamsbridge.

A memorial of candles and flowers now sits outside the restaurant where 28-year-old Shariq Bryant was spending time with friends late Saturday night.

The NYPD says a 2025 BMW M8 was heading east on East 222nd Street when the driver hit Bryant as he crossed the street.

The front seat passenger in the BMW had minor injuries but did not need to be hospitalized.

Police say the car then kept going, slamming into a telephone pole.

Bryant suffered severe trauma and was rushed to Jacobi Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made.
