Boogie Down Bites: Bistro SK
Residents are flocking to a French bistro in the Bronx.
Stephane Kane opened Bistro SK about six years ago and ever since, he says business has been good.
Bistro SK is a French bistro with an intimate setting and a tree that goes right through the middle of the restaurant.
There's even a small Eifel tower in the front and outdoor seating in the back. The bistro is run by Kane and his wife.
"I went to school in France for three years in culinary school. I don't see myself making anything else; I'm French that's my specialty. That's what I do," Kane says.
Bistro SK serves everything from lamb shank, to chicken, escargot, and even a variety of burgers—one made from lamb.
