It's a cheesy place -- with spicy chicken and buffalo sauce mixed in alongside other meats and a few vegetables.
Boogie Down Bites visited Landin Mac & Cheese in Melrose Friday for National Macaroni Day. News 12's Kristie Reeter sat down with the owner for an interview -- and a four-cheese bowl of deliciousness.
"We put some Muenster cheese, some cheddar cheese, some provolone cheese, Parmesan cheese," says co-owner Sergio Sanchez. "If we see people scratching the plate that means that they like it and they want more."
The 6-year-old eatery has already had to move to a larger location to accommodate the crowds.
Sanchez says his dad started it after expanding on a popular concept at affordable prices.
