Bridgeport libraries encourage parents to bring their children for academic growth

Bridgeport Public Libraries have a special invitation for parents and kids this February

Library officials say it's time to unlock your child's full potential by visiting one of the city's six libraries during "Bring Your Child to the Library Month."

The library says that kids who visit libraries frequently are able to start reading at an earlier age are more likely to succeed academically.

Additional resources the library provides include free WI-FI, computer access, meeting rooms and much more.
