A Bridgeport pastor who recently turned himself in on a bad-check charge is telling his side of the story.
Pastor Kenneth Moales Junior says he turned himself in to police recently because there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest on a bad check charge stemming from a check he wrote to Testo's Restaurant for more than $2,800 for catering services.
Moales says he has already settled the debt by giving the business a $3,000 bank check on Sept. 23.
