6h agoA Bronx resident says her apartment has been flooded for more than a month and says management has done nothing.
Santa Glover says she's been using panty liners to soak up the constant flow of water in her apartment coming from leaking pipes, and she says it's invading every crevice of her apartment. Not only is she suffering from flooding, but she says the water is dirty and has a horrible stench.
Glover says this isn't an uncommon problem in the building. A downstairs neighbor showed News 12 similar problems in her apartment and after dozens of attempts to have housing management help fix the issue, Glover says they have consistently ignored her, and she is just exhausted.
News 12 reached out to NYCHA for a statement.
