The newest members of the Bronx Walk of Fame were celebrated Saturday during the Bronx Ball at the Whitestone Multiplex Cinema.
Also honored was retired Yankees play-by-play announcer John Sterling with a Key to the Borough.
This year’s Walk of Fame inductees included:
- Acclaimed actress Andrea Navedo, who starred as Xiomara "Xo" Villaneuva in the CW comedy-drama series, Jane the Virgin.
- Antwan "Amadeus" Thompson, a multiplatinum-selling music producer.
- Ozzie Virgil, Sr., the nation's first MLB player from the Dominican Republic.
- Paloma Izquierdo-Hernandez, chief operating officer of the Urban Health Plan.
