A Bronx man has been arrested on Long Island for allegedly posing as an attorney.
According to the Nassau County District Attorney's Office, 65-year-old Mario Tolisano pocketed more than $20,000 in bogus legal fees.
Authorities say Tolisano lied to two Long Island residents back in 2012 and 2013, telling them he could help them obtain loan modifications.
He's facing a number of charges, including grand larceny and appearing as a lawyer without being registered.
