A Bronx man has been arrested after police say he yelled anti-gay slurs at two men on the D train before slashing one of them in the leg with a knife.
It happened Sunday morning at the 125th Street subway station in Harlem.
Police say they arrested Eric Cruz, 39, of the Bronx, after he attempted to leave the scene in a taxi.
A knife was found in the backseat of the cab where Cruz was sitting, police say.
The victim was treated at Saint Luke's Hospital and was listed in stable condition.
