31-year-old Bronx man, Timothy Bohler, was arrested after an incident in Queens. Officials tell us he is being charged with six charges including leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death to operating a motor vehicle without a license.
The charges come after a motorcycle crash with a 52-year-old woman in Queens that turned deadly in March. According to police, Bohler left the scene.
This is not Bohler's only incident, News 12 has been covering his run in with authorities since 2016.
In November 2016, the then 22-year-old Bronx man was charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon for an incident at a Gun Hill Road Deli. Bohler was accused of throwing a drink container at a worker and then striking another worker with a pistol before taking off.
In January, police say Bohler cutoff four fingers of a man using a machete. Security camera shows two men arguing over barking dogs, one of them pulls out a machete and swings it at the dogs. When the dog owner stepped in to protect his pet, four of his fingers were severed.
According to court documents, Bohler is expected to be in court this month for the violent machete attack and in November for the Queens deadly incident.
