Bronx man faces murder charges after fatal stabbing of woman in Harlem

Police say they were called to West 129th St. Tuesday, where they found 47-year-old Carmen lopes with stab wounds all over her body.

A Bronx man is facing murder charges in connection to a homicide in Harlem in connection to a woman found stabbed inside her own apartment.

Luis Marquez, 41, was walked out of the 26th Precinct in Manhattan Tuesday evening.

Police say they were called to West 129th St. Tuesday, where they found 47-year-old Carmen lopes with stab wounds all over her body.

She was taken to a hospital, where she died from her injuries.
