Bronx residents woke up to a second round of bitter cold weather Tuesday morning with a wind chill factor that made it feel like the teens.
Many commuters in Westchester Square were bundled up as they rushed to get to work.
This is the second day of bitterly cold temperatures that have gripped the borough.
This weekend there is a possibility for a snowstorm.
