Several Bronx residents are among 13 people arrested during a massive interstate drug bust.
State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman released a photo showing some of the suspects nabbed during what was called operation "Iron Horse."
The major takedown occurred after a four-year investigation.
Authorities say that the drug supply came from the Bronx. They say the distribution spanned as far north as the Hudson Valley, as far east as Long Island and as far west as Pittsburgh.
Authorities say that dealers and suppliers used public transportation in order to collect and distribute narcotics.
The suspects face a combined 179 counts related to drug trafficking and possession of heroin.
Officials say that the alleged kingpin at the top is a man named Brian Bacon, also known as "the Prime Minister."
