Bronx residents are reaching out to family members after an earthquake struck the Caribbean Tuesday.
A 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck the Caribbean and prompted a tsunami warning.
In Wakefield, where there is a large western island population, there was talk over lunch at the Dumpling Cove about the well being of loved ones. Some say they worry that Jamaica could experience repeated earthquakes, just as Puerto Rico has.
